I’m Sheila Jercich M.A.
After more than 30 years as a school psychologist — including district and special-education administrative roles — I founded SJ Signature Consulting to solve a problem I saw firsthand: districts struggling to secure experienced, reliable psychologists while students waited for evaluations.
Today, SJ Signature contracts directly with Illinois districts and cooperatives, placing licensed school psychologists on a per-evaluation basis — no agency markup, no middleman. Just experienced clinicians doing thorough work, backed by a firm run by someone still practicing in the field.
Guided by values such as integrity, compassion, and dedication, my mission is to ensure that every child receives the specialized care and attention they deserve.
In my role as a Certified School Psychologist and Special Education Administrator, I proudly offer comprehensive evaluations, tailored assessment strategies, and collaborative consultations to various educational institutions across Illinois.
